Kwara to hold seminar for prospective Christian pilgrims

The Kwara State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board (KSCPWB) organizes a one day seminar for the year 2024 prospective pilgrims from Kwara state to the Holy Land.

A statement signed by the Executive Secretary of KSCPWB, Ajayi Samuel Bayo, says the seminar is scheduled for Tuesday, 3rd September, 2024 by 9:00am prompt at St Barnabas Cathedral Children’s Church, Sabo Oke, Ilorin, Kwara State.

Kogi Updates gathered that the programme is to prepare the prospective pilgrims mentally, physically, and spiritually for the assignment. It is also intended to educate them on their personal conduct while in the Holy Land.

The statement said that the seminar will be declared open by the Deputy Governor of the State, Mr Kayode Alabi.

While advising prospective pilgrims to be at the venue of the seminar promptly to avoid missing important aspects of the programme, the Executive Secretary reiterated the importance of this seminar to the success of the year 2024 pilgrimage operations, pointing out that it is mandatory for all intending pilgrims to attend the programme promptly.
