Chief Olukayode Olonishuwa, has, on behalf of staff and management of Romelfik Integrated Media commended the executive Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on the appointment of the editor of the paper, Hon Elisha Olatunji Emmanuel as the Ward Special Assistant, Okebukun Ward.
In a press release made available to newsmen in Lokoja on Wednesday, Chief Olonishuwa who is the Elewa Atomode ll of Gbedde land described the choice of Hon Elisha as WSA, Okebukun Ward as a round peg in a round hole.
The statement reads, “All of us at Romelfik Integrated Media received the news of the appointment of one of us as a ward SA with ecstacy as we are confident that the trust placed on our editor, Hon Elisha Olatunji Emmanuel, is not misplaced.
“We therefore thank our amiable Governor for counting one of us worthy to be his eyes and ears at the ward level and assured him that he will not be disappointed as we shall support the new WSA, Okebukun Ward so that he can succeed in his new assignment.
“We also send our hearty congratulations to our editor, Hon Elisha Olatunji Emmanuel on this well deserved new assignment as it is indeed a honour done to all of us as a team.
